Direct Email Marketing
Hersam Acorn Newspapers has the ability to provide email marketing services to our clients. We can assist in the collection of and managing your email database, design/update email blasts and provide tracking information for the sent emails. Email blasts can be sent out at any frequency you would like, whether that is weekly, monthly, quarterly or other. There is a one-time template set up fee and then pricing is based on the number of sends. Price quote available upon request. Please contact your account executive.
Email Sponsorship
Hersam Acorn provides two different email sponsorship opportunities for advertisers; Breaking News and the “In this Week” email.
Breaking News: Reach registered readers directly by email with our Breaking News/News Alerts Sponsorship. Emails are sent out to registered readers when there is breaking news in that town. The email provides the lead to the story and is followed by an ad. The ad would link directly to your Web site. With the Breaking News sponsorship, there is no guarantee on the number of emails sent out in a given month.
“In this Week”: This email is sent out every Thursday morning to the same email database as the Breaking News. The email contains a list of articles & stories appearing in the print edition that will appear in homes and on newsstands that Thursday.
Price is based on the number of registrants (price listed is per month for one paper). Contact your account executive for the number of registrants in the database in which you are interested.
