The Department of Parks and Recreation has begun in-person registration for Kamp Kairphree at the Greenwich Civic Center, 90 Harding Road, Old Greenwich.
There are four, two-week sessions beginning June 27. The camp is open to five- through 12-year-olds (age as of first day of camp). A copy of the birth certificate is required for five-year-olds. Campers must be Greenwich residents. Cost per two-week session is $230, $220 for a second child in the same family in the same session. Space is limited.Kamp Kairphree runs from 9 until 4 Monday through Friday and is held at the Eastern Greenwich Civic Center in Old Greenwich. Activities are also scheduled at Greenwich Point.
An authorized medical examination form is required for all campers attending Kamp Kairphree; one dated Sept. 1, 2009 or after is acceptable.
