Ridgefield House Sales [Property Transfers]

The Ridgefield Press can supply the previous week’s property transfers (houses, condominiums, commercial property, and land only) by email for a fee of $50 per year.

Transfers are usually gathered on Thursdays, and represent sales filed with the town clerk from the previous Thursday through the most recent Wednesday (one week). They will be emailed either Thursday or Friday. They appear in The Ridgefield Press the following Thursday.

There will be times when two weeks or, rarely, three weeks will be combined into one distribution. However, there should be at least 48 emailed lists a year. (If there are no transfers in a given week, an email will be sent, so notifying the subscribers.)

To subscribe, send a check for $50 — made out to Hersam Acorn Newspapers — to Jack Sanders, Property Transfers, The Ridgefield Press, 16 Bailey Avenue, Ridgefield CT 06877. Include the email address you want the lists sent to. (We will send a test email to make sure we have established a “connection.”)
