Library offers holiday stress management workshop

Darien Library will offer a workshop for parents, All I Want for the Holidays is...Less Stress and More Balance, on Tuesday, Dec. 8, at 10, presented by the Life Solution Center of Darien's members Cecilia McCall, a professional organizer, and Laura Van Riper. Just drop in.

Learn successful tips for managing the holidays. The parent workshop will identify the emotional reactions to the holidays and how to manage these reactions in a positive way, explore how to establish healthy boundaries with family and friends, as well as stress management techniques for common holiday concerns. Financial and time management techniques that will allow one to enjoy the holidays with one's family will also be discussed.
