| Bissell House 2 Years, 3 Months ago | | Has anyone eaten at the Bissell House? I'm curious about it. I know that it is owned by the person who owns Deer Park in Katonah. I'm curious. The wines by the glass were rather pricey. But, the restaurant looks lovely and I know Deer Park is supposed to be quite nice, but I've never been there either. Thanks. |

| Re:Bissell House 2 Years, 3 Months ago | | My husband and I had Sunday Brunch at Bissel House a few weeks ago. The Brunch Menu was limited. I would have preferred the regular lunch choices. The food was very disappointing. My "turkey panini" literally had no turkey in it, and my husband's steak sandwich was too tough to chew. No, I did not complain and No, I did not send it back. Just not my style. But I was really looking forward to eating there, and I doubt I will go back anytime soon. |

| Re:Bissell House 2 Years, 3 Months ago | | Had my first Bissell brunch on Sunday and I too was underwhelmed (Eggs Benedict overcooked). But the brisket is fantastic and the dinner entrees have also been very good. The desserts are also very good. Sorry to hear about your bad first impression. |

| Re:Bissell House 2 Years, 3 Months ago | | Thanks all for the replies. I'd try the brisket, but, alas, I don't eat beef, or any red meat. Well, maybe the chef and owner will read these and try to make some corrections. |

| Re:Bissell House 2 Years, 3 Months ago | | We went there for a late (9:45) drink last evening and the decor though new and clean was a little unexciting. I don't think I saw one picture or any artwork on the walls. The staff was attentive. It looks like it would be nice to sit outside. |
