For those who may not have tried it (or don't know where it is!), Insieme is outstanding and I highly recommend it. Tucked away in Copps Hill Common (underneath The Cutting Board Cafe), the restaurant is owned by Sal Scala, who personally greets all his guests. The food is, in a word, excellent. The space is very small and gets crowded on the weekends, so try it during the week, or for an early or late dinner on Friday or Saturday nights. It features a small menu of meat or fresh seafood entrees, pasta dishes, salads and a few seasonal specials every night. |
