We have always loved The Cutting Board ( behind Village Pizza and Carvel ) for lunch, but dinner is now a complete treat! The food is fabulous, the prices reasonable, and the atmosphere friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend it - It is owned and operated by a local family and they go out of their way to buy local .. The whole experience feels right.

Always been happy when having a quick bite there. Thumbs up!

I was there for the first time in a while and loved the updated interior. It is much roomier with the ability to move around more. Loved my salad!

Love the cutting board! They make THE BEST gluten free desserts and low fat healthy dishes. Very friendly owners.

Only one complaint....the young cashier girl was rude. Not sure if she is still there. I had a coffee and a dessert ordered from the counter (not thinking I needed to give a tip, which i would if i sat down and ordered). Well, the next time i went in, she called me on it! I was stunned.

All and all, I would HIGHLY recommend the cutting board

Not Cutting Board related but I can't let this one go by.

Long ago when my wife and I lived in NYC, her father visited us and we went to the Second Avenue Deli, as we always did when he was in town, for breakfast. He was a goodhearted, very generous man, but at the same time was a lousy tipper, really lousy.

So we are leaving the restaurant and a waitress comes storming out after us and asks me if there was some sort of problem. I don't know how I managed to separate myself from the rest of the family, but I learned that he left a couple of dollars on the table after a meal for four. Food was fine, service was fine. I had no clue. Anyway, I fixed things with the waitress and from that day on, whenever he took us out to eat, I always had to remember to bring a few dollars cash to toss onto the table on the way out when he wasn't looking. Had some close calls but never got caught.
