A Seymour man remains in critical condition Monday following a serious motorcycle accident that occurred July 10 shortly after 4 p.m. on Route 67 in Seymour.
The motorcycle, driven by Erik Turski, 22, of Derby Ave., was traveling east, said Police Lt. Paul Satkowski. As Turski negotiated a slight curve in the roadway, he lost control of the motorcycle for unknown reasons, slid across the road surface for about 75 feet and struck a sidewalk, sending him and the motorcycle airborne.Tom Brockett from Ansonia High and his New Haven County coaching staff met early outside the football field at Wilbur Cross High in New Haven to go over strategy while local all-stars pulled up in the adjacent parking lot.
It was Monday morning and New Haven, which plays Fairfield County at Sacred Heart University at 7 p.m. on Friday night, is looking to regain the upper hand in the 13th annual Hall of Fame Football Classic.
