For many years hourly school employees in Milford have filled out time sheets to get paid. The time sheets, completed by hand, passed to a supervisor and then made their way to the payroll department.
School administrators recently installed high tech time clocks in Milford’s schools — at a cost of about $85,000 — and some hourly employees are not too happy that they soon will have to start clocking in and out to get paid.Alex Liontas from Foran High placed eighth overall and Jonathan Law’s Peter Paradis was 12th to lead their respective boys country teams at the Class M championships at Wickham Park in East Hartford on Oct. 31.
Liontas’ time of 17:39 led the Lions, who finished 11th as a team in the division won by Tolland High.
