Milford Hospital president to retire
After 30 years as president of Milford Hospital, Paul Moss plans to retire by the end of the year.
The hospital board this week named Joseph Pelaccia to lead the hospital as of Jan. 1. Pelaccia has been chief financial officer of Milford Hospital since 1975.
