Pia: Musto record was fair game

David Pia’s campiagn mailer critical of state Sen. Anthony Musto’s record in Hartford did not breach the agreement the two had prior to their campaign, according to an email from Pia to the Trumbull Times. Pia added that state Rep. T.R. Rowe had inspected the mailer line by line and concluded that it was factual and not personal, citing specific bills that had come up for votes during the most recent term.
