Harvey to host carnival

The Harvey School will host the second annual Children's Carnival for Charity from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 11.

The carnival is sponsored by the Community Service Club and is offered for local families with grade-school-aged children.

It will include bouncy stations, traditional carnival games, a juggler, stories and crafts for pre-school students, a "salon" for the girls, baked goods and lunch for sale and popcorn and cotton candy. There will also be dance workshops in the Lasdon Black Box Theater.

The Peak 107.1 FM Fan Van Crew will be there playing music. Admission is free and all proceeds will go to Habitat for Humanity and The Reading Village.
