Family University is Nov. 10

Family University will hold its annual community event on Tuesday, Nov. 10 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at John Jay Middle School. The event, now in its 15th year, will include parent presentations on bullying and adolescence, a middle school presentation on relationships, and high school presentations on independence and the teenage brain, by Dr. Joel Haber, Brian Gerety, Gary Silverstein, Ty Sells, Mike Nerney, and high school staff. Registration is $5 by Friday, Nov. 6, and $10 after that. On-site registration begins at 6:30, but pre-registration is recommended because space is limited. Information: klfamilyuniversity.org.
