DaSilva honored at Boston University

Dawn DaSilva of South Salem was honored at Boston University College of General Studies’ 2009 Capstone Awards Ceremony for her project “The Establishment of a Flexible and Responsive Judicial System: Repairing the flawed Incarceration Policy of the United State.” The capstones are 50-page projects designed to address timely and significant issues, and this year’s theme was “the ethics of American democracy.”
