Local students travel with Coast Guard

Several local eighth grade students traveled with their class on the Coast Guard cutter Sturgeon Bay in February. The field trip by the eighth grade physics class at Rippowam Cisqua School in Bedford helped the students apply their physics lessons to the real world. The class includes six local students: Dana Biddle, Ariana Gelwicks, Alleta Greenberg, Susannah Davies, Jordan Kanegis, and Abe Kipnis.
