Boredom is not on the Teen Night schedule at Chalk Hill on Friday evenings

From a whipped cream eating contest to a cell phone camera scavenger hunt, middle school students had plenty to do at the second Teen Night last Friday at the Chalk Hill building.

Ryan Kristie, a seventh grader, won the whipped cream contest by being the first to successfully blow a bubble with gum hidden inside the whipped cream. “I was fast at it,” Ryan said. “And I like to blow bubbles.”

The Fairfield County Sports Hall of Fame has announced its next class of honorees to be recognized in the Hall of Fame’s University of Connecticut wing, which pays tribute to athletes from the county that went on to stellar careers at the state university.
