Anna Maria Kinberg wins interior design 'Telly Award'

Anna Maria Kinberg, a New Canaan-based intuitive interior designer, recently won an international “Telly Award” in Los Angeles as co-creator/producer of the script for a new, non-televised reality show.

The 32nd Annual Telly Awards competition drew nearly 11,000 entries from all 50 states and numerous countries. Collaborating with YouTube to give the public the opportunity to view and rate videos submitted, the Telly Awards are the “premier honor for outstanding regional and cable TV programs and commercials, and the finest video and film, including web commercials, videos and films,” according to Kinberg.

Kinberg’s Telly Award, which she shared with television producer Tim Hamilton of Timothy Hamilton Entertainment, was for creating the script for “Haunted Spaces.”

Since attending the New York School of Interior Design, Kinberg has worked with a variety of clients, including celebrities, businesses, homeowners and individuals. Past projects range from a unique California home in the Hollywood Hills to a trendy loft penthouse, to the Sherry Netherland Hotel in Manhattan and the Roger Sherman Inn in New Canaan.
