Firefighters hold 'benevolent' raffle

The New Canaan Firefighters Benevolent Association is holding a raffle. Tickets may be obtained at the firehouse, 60 Main Street, or by calling 594-3140.

The drawing is at 4 p.m. Saturday, October 10. A total of 1,200 tickets will be sold.

First prize is a $3,000 gift certificate redeemable at Anchor Cruise & Travel.

Second prize is a $1,500 gift certificate from Anchor Cruise & Travel.

Third prize is a 32-inch flat screen LCD television.
