Newcomers ‘get fired up’ today

The Children’s Activities Group of the Newcomers Club will host “Get Fired Up in the Park” from 3:30 to 5 p.m. today, Thursday, November 12, at Mead Park. Participants may view a fire truck, hear safety tips, check out the gear, climb on the truck and meet firefighters. Cider and snacks will be provided at this free event.

All ages are welcome, and the rain date is tomorrow, Friday, November 13. Reservations may be made at newcanaannewcomers.com.
