Willis Sparks will lead a discussion on rising powers, including China, India, Brazil and Russia, at 7 p.m. Monday, November 16, in the Adrian Lamb Room at the New Canaan Library.
The talk is part of the “Great Decisions” series about current international issues, offered by the Stamford-based World Affairs Forum and the library. HSBC is a co-sponsor of the program.
