The Outback Teen Center is hosting several events in the coming weeks.
The center will host an eighth grade movie night on Friday, November 20, featuring “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.” Free popcorn will be served, as will pizza, for a fee. This event is free for members and $3 for non-members. The movie will start at 7:30 p.m.
Rapper Chris Webby will perform on Saturday, November 21, for high school students only. Tickets are $20 and may be purchased online. Ticket information may also be found on the Outback’s Facebook.com page, in the events section.The Middle School Student Governing Board will meet from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, November 24.
The Outback will host an indoor barbecue for seventh and eighth graders on Wednesday, November 25. This event is free for members and $5 for non-members. Participants may compete in a volleyball tournament, play pool, Ping Pong, video games or just hang out with friends.
A member of the Outback staff will be at Saxe Middle School during the seventh and eighth grade lunches today Thursday, November 19, to take sign-ups.
The High School Student Governing Board will meet from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, December 2.
The Outback will be closed from Tuesday, November 26, and will re-open Tuesday, December 1.
