American fashion designer and “Project Runway” winner Christian V. Siriano will return to L’Armoire at 102 Park Street from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday, December 4, for a personal appearance to coincide with the kickoff of the New Canaan Holiday Stroll.
