Outback preps for Valentine’s dances

The Outback Teen Center will hold a Dance, Dance, Revolution tournament for middle schoolers at Club 78 from 3 to 5 p.m. tomorrow, Friday, February 5. This event is free for members and $3 for non-members.

 

The Outback and New Canaan High School girls’ ice hockey team will host a fund-raiser high school dance tomorrow. Tickets sold in advance are $10, and they will be sold for $15 at the door the night of the dance.

The Apple Cart has come to the Outback and opens Friday. After-school specials will be offered from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m., along with $5 combo meals. Door prizes will be given.

The teen center will host an eighth grade Valentine’s dance Saturday, February 6. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for dinner at the Outback Café, which offers $6 combo meals. Music will play from 7 to 10 p.m. This event is free for members and $15 for non-members. Members of Outback staff will be at Saxe Middle School today for students to reserve their spot.

The High School Student Governing Board will meet from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, February 10.

The center will host a pre-vacation party for middle schoolers from 2:30 to 5 p.m. Thursday, February 11, complete with music, games, tournaments and food. This event is free for members and $3 for non-members.

Band Night, featuring Paper Hearts, White Rose and This Condition, is at the Outback for high schoolers Saturday, February 13. Tickets are $8 in advance and $10 at the door.
