The Ananda Center, 16 Forest Street, is offering a seminar and workshop on sacred structure and life purpose from 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday, March 20. A hands-on workshop follows from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, March 21, “for those that would like to explore more individually.”Presented by Caroline Gordon (of spiritofthedawn.com), a wisdom keeper, healer and “spirit weaver,” and Jeremy Bennett (of purposewithoutfail.com), a soul realignment practitioner, the program is for anyone “who wants to create a mission statement about their life purpose,” according to a press release.
Gordon’s professional work involves counseling, “visionary toning and energy healing, combined with the wisdom of flower essences,” passed on through newsletters, workshops, seminars and “joyful gatherings,” the release said. Bennett has worked within the nonprofit world and for educational institutions including Yale University, where for the last four years he has helped language instructors use technology to teach.
Participants are asked to bring a journal and pen. Raw food desserts will be served.
