Option #1: Digital Copy — $10
A digital copy of how the article appeared in the paper, advertisements included. The elctronic page, or pages, is emailed as an Acrobat PDF.

Option #2: Reformatted Digital Copy — $20
The article is re-laid out to fit either an 8.5 x 11'' or 11 x 17 sheet paper. Color photographs may be used if available. The file is emailed as an Acrobat PDF.

Option #3: Reformatted Prints — $30
The same as the second, but in addition we provide 5 high quality color laser copies on heavy weight stock. The prints can be picked up at one of our 5 area offices or mailed via USPS for $5 additional. An electronic copy can also be emailed upon request at no additional charge.

Turn Around
Option #1 are completed usually within 1 to 2 business days. Options 2 & 3 take between 7 to 10 business days to complete, before mailing. Articles before January 2004 may take longer.

Payment
Pre-payment is required before work is begun. Credit cards are the preferred method, Visa, Mastercard and American Express only. Checks should be made out to Hersam Acorn Newspapers. Do NOT email credit card information.

Surcharge
There is a surcharge of $20 for articles published before January 2004.
