Options

Option #1: $10

A digital copy of how the article appeared in the paper, advertisements included. The electronic page, or pages, is e-mailed as an Acrobat PDF. A CD can be sent via USPS for $5 additional.

The reprint is usually completed within 1 to 2 business days.

Option #2: $20.

The article is reformatted to fit either an 8.5 x 11” or 11 x 17” sheet paper. Color photographs may be used if available. The file is e-mailed as an Acrobat PDF. A CD can be sent via USPS for $5 additional.

Option #3: $30

The article is reformatted to fit either an 8.5 x 11” or 11 x 17” sheet paper. Color photographs may be used if available. An additional 5 high quality color laser copies are printed on a heavy weight stock. The prints are available for pickup at one of our offices. A $5 premium is charged for mailing theses prints via USPS. An electronic copy can also be e-mailed upon request at no additional charge.

Options 2 and 3 take between 7 to 10 business days to complete, before mailing. Articles from before January 2004 may take longer.

Photo Reprints

Photo reprints can be acquired via the Hersam Acorn Newspapers Photo Store.

Payment

Pre-payment is required before work is begun. Credit cards are the preferred method (Visa, Mastercard and American Express only). Checks must be made out to Hersam Acorn Newspapers. DO NOT email credit card information.

The is a surcharge of $20 for articles published before 2004.
