Free breakfast for veterans

All Redding veterans are invited to a free breakfast at the Joseph W. Tarrant, Jr. American Legion Post 100 on Sunday, Nov. 8 between 8:30 and 10:30 a.m.

The menu includes fried and scrambled eggs, omelets, ham, bacon or sausage, home fries, pancakes and French toast. There will also be coffee, tea, milk and juice.

The Post home is at 7 Elizabeth Street, Bethel.
