Methodist Church's Harvest Dinner is Nov. 14

The Long Ridge United Methodist Church is sponsoring its annual Harvest Dinner on Saturday, Nov. 14, from 5 to 7 p.m. The dinner will feature turkey with all of the trimmings and homemade pies for dessert.

The cost is adults; $12, children under 10, $6; and preschoolers are free. Tickets are available at the door.

The church is at 201 Long Ridge Road on the Redding and Danbury border. Follow signs from Route 53 to Starrs Plain Road to Long Ridge Road.
