New cake shop hosts March 28 open house

Georgetown native Liz Wiehe Vitti will open the doors of her family-owned and operated cake shop — Georgetown Cake Shoppe — on Sunday, March 28. The public is invited to the open house from 11 to 4. It will feature samples of many cakes, cookies, and desserts.

Georgetown Cake Shoppe is located in Keough’s Hardware Plaza at One Ethan Allen Highway, Ridgefield.
