A headline in the March 13 Ledger incorrectly stated that a defendant in the wetlands lawsuit was planning to oppose a judge’s ruling. It was a plaintiff who was considering that action.

An article about the school district’s five-year financial forecast in the Dec. 6 issue of The Ledger incorrectly referred to a potential 5.56% tax increase. The report actually forecasts a potential 5.56% spending increase. Not enough information is available on revenues to predict the tax change with any certainty.

The article last week about the candidates for town seats incorrectly stated that Republican Peter DeLucia’s town supervisor candidacy could be affected by the Independence Party’s pending nomination. The Republican candidates for the other two Town Board seats could be affected by the nomination.
A letter to the editors in last week’s Ledger incorrectly listed Constance Bobletz as secretary to the town supervisor. She is the Lewisboro Senior Adults secretary.
