T-Party will hold tea times, clearance sale before closing

T-Party Antiques and Tea Room at Squab Lane in Darien will close at the end of June, and the store will hold tea times throughout May and a clearance sale throughout June.
The public is invited to the store’s Grand or Petit Afternoon Teas served Wednesdays through Fridays at noon or 2, and on Saturdays at 1 or 3. Tea sandwiches, signature fruit scones and desserts will be served. Reservations are encouraged.
The store will sell everything during June, including dishes, tea room chairs and pictures, restaurant-grade kitchen items, and more. After the store closes, Susan
Cynthia hopes to continue T-Party’s Web site, tpartyantiques.com, and plans to sell vintage wares along with teapots, loose tea and tea-related items on her sister blog, Kitsch Encounter.
