DHS sweeps second in a row ahead of FCIAC tournament

The Blue Wave boys tennis team blanked out opponents back-to-back to complete the regular season, shutting out Trinity 7-0 at Scalzi Park on Wednesday.
Brendan Fitzpatrick won with a turn up at No. 1 singles, taking it 6-2, 6-0, Kei Usami won at No. 2 6-1, 6-0, Jeff Westcott at No. 3 by 6-0, 6-1, at No. 4 Britt Gordon 6-1. 6-0 and Trinity forfeited at No. 5.
Graham Karlan and Christian Dailey won at No. 1 doubles 6-0, 6-0 and Louie Rawden and Reilly Harmer won 6-0, 6-0 at No. 2.
DHS improved to 13-3 as the Crusaders dropped to 2-14 with the Wave opening up the post-season on Monday.
