‘Mom E Fair’ helps moms at expo-style event

The premier “Mom E Fair,” sponsored by Stroller Strides, will be held Sunday, May 18, from noon to 5, at Darien Town Hall. In support of the YWCA of Darien/Norwalk’s Better Beginnings Program, the Mom E Fair will help moms explore new resources and tools to support them through motherhood.
The expo-style event, a project of the Fairfield County Mompreneurs, will feature services and products including kids entertainment, shopping, health and beauty, fitness, clothing and accessories, and gourmet goods. In addition to the marketplace, the Mom E Fair will include a series of mini lectures given by a wide variety of professionals who specialize in topics that pertain to motherhood.
A silent auction will also be held during the event.
The cost for those attending the Mom E Fair will be a suggested donation of $10 to the YWCA of Darien/Norwalk.
