Magician David Boyd performs at Depot
|
Young magician and multiple award-winning entertainer David Boyd will perform a night of comedy, magic and juggling at the Depot on Saturday, June 7.
Teaming up with Boyd will be Paris, also known as the “Hip-Hop Juggler.” An established performer from New York City, Paris presents a mix of juggling and hip-hop into a stylish display.
Boyd, 18, was born and raised in Harlem, N.Y., and is a 2007 graduate of W.C. Bryant High School. A believer in giving back, he had the chance in 2007 to produce and perform in an hour-long variety show benefiting the victims of Hurricane Katrina. He was one of the top five young musicians selected around the world to perform in “Stars of Tomorrow Show,” and has graced the pages of Magic Magazine.
The show will begin at 8. Space is limited. Tickets are on sale for $10. For tickets, e-mail depotct@optonline.net or call 655-0812.
