Deborah Quinn, officer’s wife Deborah Ann Quinn of Bethel, previously of Brookfield, died Friday, April 25, 2008, at Danbury Hospital following a short illness. Ms. Quinn, 42, was the wife of Sgt. J. Peter Quinn Jr., a 20-year member of the Redding Police Department.

Memorial is set for Mr. Natale A memorial service for Fred Natlae, a former longtime Georgetown resident, will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 3, at Branchville Cemetery. Refreshments and fellowship will follow at the Beote residence on Portland Hill, Georgetown.

Mr. Natale, 92, died Dec. 14, 2007 in Troy, Mont., where he had lived for the last nine years.

He was born in Danbury on March 8, 1964, a son of Richard W., Sr. (Bob) and Elizabeth (Betty) Haen Knapp of Redding.

Wendell Harvey Jones of Ridgefield, a former diplomat and banker, died on April 4, 2008, at his home. Mr. Jones, 70, formerly of Redding, was the husband for 48 years of Barbara Johnson Jones.

Mary Hope Lupfer Brooks, formerly of Redding, died at Piper Shores in Scarborough, Maine, on March 15, 2008. Mrs. Brooks, 84, was the wife of 49 years of Shelton A. Brooks.

Marion R. Waterbury of Woburn, Mass., previously of Redding, died Tuesday, March 19, 2008, at Heartstone Alzheimer Care following an illness of three years. Mrs. Waterbury, 87, was the wife of 43 years of the late Frederick S. Waterbury.
