Here’s what’s on stage and on screen at the Ridgefield Playhouse for the coming week.

  • Girls Night Out!: A fun night of chick flicks, food, wine, clothing and jewelry all to support cancer research! Thursday, May 29 at 7 p.m.
  • Martin Sexton: With special guest George Stanford. With the ability to cross multiple genres including folk, soul, gospel, and R&B into his unique style of rock, Martin Sexton continuously sells out venues across the nation. Friday, May 30 at 8 p.m.
  • Popa Chubby: With special guest Rocky Lawrence. His first time around, Popa Chubby opened for Johnny Winter and electrified the crowd so much so, that he’s coming back to headline! A great night of Blues, Saturday, May 31 at 8 p.m.
  • Iron Man: Rated PG-13. When wealthy industrialist Tony Stark is forced to build an armored suit after a life-threatening incident, he ultimately decides to use its technology to fight against evil. Thursday, May 29 at 4 p.m. Sunday, June 1 at 1, 4, 7 p.m.; Monday, June 2 at 4 and 7 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday, June 3 to 5 at 4 p.m. only.
  • Date Change: The House for EJ Benefit Concert has been changed. It is no longer on Sunday, June 15,  but will be on Saturday night, June 14.
