Tree-lighting ceremonies have attracted crowds at the Stepney Green and the Monroe Green, near St. Peter’s Episcopal Church. Santa has made some early visits to town, including to a Monroe Firehouse dinner. And the tree has been delivered to the gazebo on Town Hall Green.
