Musical the Musical 2, which will be performed at the Clune Auditorium Feb. 4, 5, and 6th, is a parody of High School Musical, and pokes fun at the popular, almost cult-like Disney movie; it picks up where last year's very successful show, Musical the Musical ended. It involves around eighty of our students and is getting set for a fast approaching opening night.

The Town of Wilton honored retiring Chief Financial Officer Joseph Dolan on his last day at work on Wednesday on the front steps of town hall. Mr. Dolan has worked for the town for 19 years and his service has been called "invaluable" to the town, by First Selectman Bill Brennan.
A Wilton landscape architect recently accomplished a design hat trick. Three of Dickson DeMarche’s residential designs were featured in June’s Westport Historical Society’s Hidden Garden Tour; he landed an Innovation in Design Award from the Connecticut Cottages and Gardens competition, and served as both judge and landscape designer for backyard makeover in a Norwalk charity competition.

Twenty seniors at WIlton High School gathered at the cafeteria on Tuesday night as part of a fund-raiser for St. Baldrick's Foundation, a volunteer-based organization that benefits childhood cancer research. The seniors shaved their heads in honor of Brent McCreesh, a boy who was diagnosed with cancer at the age of two-and-a-half. The organization, which has raised $100,000 in the last four years, plans to raise $20,000 this year. — Photos by Bryan Haeffele
